The attacks have so far come in the form of vandalism and theft.

I have had my tires flattened. I have had my home invaded and property stolen. I have had my property vandalized.

I had to spritz the dogs down with water several times today to cool them off. They don’t care for the water…they like being cooled down but apparently the act of getting wet is a trigger event for them. As soon as I pick up the spray bottle they run under the bed. So I just switched to the stream and can pretty much soak them before they reach their bug out shelter.

“China reported that approximately 20 days ago, a man suddenly died from an unidentified disease in Wanjiakou Village, Xiaoguan Town, Wendeng City, Shandong Province. His entire body turned dark purple, and he bled from his mouth, nostrils, ears, and eyes just as he died.

Shortly after the man died, 2 other men who been in contact with him, died showing the same symptoms. Villagers who had left the village to work said “3 people died 10 days ago. 6 or 7 more are being treated in the Wendeng Central Hospital. People have been to the area to investigate, but they are unable to classify the disease.”

Last night after several drinks Mom and I ended up opening the safe and checking out her collection of silver. I had some serious silver envy and she had some coins she didn’t like (.999 privately minted one ouncers) so we ended up swapping 2 one hundred dollar bills from a modest stash she was holding onto for me for 12 of them.
