No amount of bill passing by Congress, regulating by regulators, or executive orders from a President of YOUR political persuasion is going to change ANYTHING. These issues are SYSTEMIC. Spare me the “Ronald Reagan destroyed this country” and the “Jimmy Carter was a fucking idiot, if only he…”. Get over yourself! Easy scapegoats all, but the real problem all along has been US.
