Keep It Simple Survival!: Recession On Hold
If you believe that, I got a bridge I can sell ya…… But that is the headline that is in bold, red letters on Drudge today! What’s really at work here is the band-aid that Mr. Bush applied to the economy in the form of his stimulus package….. A short term fix to put the sheeple in a Republican kinda mood come November, and nothing more. But I guess if some damn yuppie doesn’t have to cut back on his mornin’ latte, then we’re not in a recession. Never mind that Joe Blow can’t pay his mortgage anymore. Never mind that he has to choose between gasoline and groceries, when he didn’t have to a year ago…. Yeah, we’re not in a recession.

Today I am tired and hung over so I am just going to ramble. I just heard on the radio that Marijuana is now the nations biggest cash crop, in fact the estimated sales surpass that of Corn and Wheat COMBINED. I see little reason we should not legalize the stuff and tax it aside from feasability. It is kind of hard to tax something people can grow easily. In any case we could tax the legally sold stuff. The federal government says the stuff is as dangerous as pcp and heroine which is so rediculous I am not sure what to say. Smoking Cheech and Chong quanities of pot is not a positive thing by any means but then again drinking Ted Kennedy amounts of booze isn’t good either. Too much of just about anything is bad.

My no# 1 Pick is the Rokon Trail Breaker. Hands down the best off road machine that it’s been my privilege to ride. IMHO it’ll go in country that would stop a tank. Marketed a a two wheel drive Tractor, it has many attachments available: Side car, pump, generator, Plow, Log Skidder, and much , much more. As I see it, the Kohler power plant is easily converted to multi-fuel operation, Though this is not supported by the manufacturer. It’s A strange beast with it’s ground clearance (15 in.) lightweight (208 lbs.) and wide tractor type tires (5.9×15).
